Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only. All returns must be back to us within 14 business days of the date received.
  • ALL orders placed whether they're processed or not pertain to STORE CREDIT ONLY in regards to return/exchange. NO ORDER MAY BE CANCELED AFTER PURCHASING.
  • Please ship return items to the return address stated on the original shipping label.
  • Buyer pays return shipping.
  • We will provide store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we get your return.
  • All orders contain a packing slip upon arrival, please make sure to include this packing slip in your return package so we know your order number. We cannot provide credit if we don't know whose return it is.
  • Sale items and accessories are final sale & cannot be returned. 
  • Merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive an exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, you request for an exchange or store credit will not be processed.
