- Returns are accepted for store credit only, and must be back to us within 14 business days of the date you receive your order.
- Once an order is placed, we're unable to cancel it — returns and exchanges are handled as store credit only.
- Please ship your return to the address listed on your original shipping label.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We'll issue your store credit as a gift card to your email as soon as we receive your return.
- Please include your packing slip in your return package so we can match it to your order — we're not able to issue credit without it.
- Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Merchandise must be returned in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of deodorant, makeup, or other marks — to qualify for an exchange or store credit. Items that don't meet this standard won't be eligible for return.
